class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quality as a performance philosophy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Colegio Alem\u00e1n San Alberto Magno defines <strong>quality as a fundamental part of its policy and strategy,<\/strong> and has therefore adopted the quality-based management systems as reference models for the management of the school, mainly in the UNE-EN ISO 9001 Standard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons deployed through the following processes and projects:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Periodic measurement and analysis of customer satisfaction.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Review of the quality system and periodic updating of processes.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Internal and external audits of the quality system.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, a strategic plan is deployed every four years, from which the annual plans are based through the formulation and fulfilment of objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The School&#8217;s objectives will be quantifiable and measurable through indicators and all of them constitute the quality objectives, whose degree of compliance will be evaluated periodically.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-top is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure
